The People Analytics Corporation is focused on optimizing human capital.
We started as a career development platform in 2012 with a simple mission: to help every person find their perfect career. We built a web platform, Sokanu that is the most advanced career test on the planet. With over 20 million questions answered and profiles on over 700 careers, Sokanu is the world’s largest database of career information.
As we evolved, organizations began to ask us if we could apply some of the science we had developed to improve their talent. We now work with corporations, governments and universities around the world.
The People Analytics Corporation is a company completely focused on working with organizations to improve the way they select and optimize their human capital. We are a privately held company based in New York City and Vancouver.
Our mission is to help optimize human capital. We want to help companies make human capital decisions in the same way they make financial capital decisions - using data-driven rigor and analysis.
PAC is no ordinary company when it comes to talent. We practice what we preach - from day one we’ve hired people based on their psychometric profile, not their resume. Each person has joined because of their fit and commitment to solving our mission.
